2. Controlling all operational processes & standards and SOP’s for the kitchen.
3. Maintaining food safety and quality control standards for all type of food within and from the kitchen.
4. Setting up the production process and operational task for the kitchen.
5. Managing the kitchen team and ensured the team delivers quality results on all tasks.
6. Managing Hygiene, food safety measures at each level of production.
