Production Supervisor –Offset (Printing Press Experience holders ONLY)

The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company’s products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities
• Collaboration & coordination between Sales team & Production team.
• Estimation & Quotation preparation.
• Handling with Suppliers/ Vendors
• Managing a team of 40+ members, at least for 5 years
• Hands on Experience in Graphics, Pre-press (CTP, Plate making, Dummy Making), Post Press (UV, Binding, Foiling, Die cutting), Printings, Fabrication etc.

Qualifications & Eligibility
• Required with 4-5 years of experience in Dubai Market.
• Proficient in Excel 5+ year supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills.
