• Giving complete information to all walk in customers & telephonic inquiries regarding our procedures & services

• Providing friendly consultation to assist customers to select training programs as per their eligible needs

• Checking and verifying the required Documents.

• Enter the details in company software for computerized registrations

• Handling special requests proposed by customers

• Navigate the customers to other departments ensuring a hassle free service

• Promote occupational health and safety within the organization

• Switch off all the power consuming equipment and advise the below fellows to do so.
