We are looking to hire for an Assist. Maintenance Engineer with the following qualification and skills;

Degree/qualification:

Electrical or mechanical engineering/Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Forming, Scheduling and Implementation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Minimize the equipment breakdown time and frequency.
Assessing, estimating and maintaining the minimum required stock of spare parts.
Ensuring that machines and equipment is performing effectively and efficiently.
Ensuring the resources utilization to optimum performance.
Provide technical guidance and training to Machine Programmers and operators.
implementation of safety procedures related to machines and equipment.

Required Skill:

Hands on experience of machine fault trouble shooting.
Working experience of Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Machine and plant installation and commissioning experience.
Designing of system and procedures to assist the production team.
