Applicant must be Female graduate with 2-5years experience in a similar position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Candidate should be able to correspond to emails in comprehensive English (self-correspondence), well-presented, computer literate and energetic. Duties to include administration & maintaining meeting schedules for the MD. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment with clients/ vendors/suppliers. Prepare/draft and distribute correspondences, memos/forms/official letters and proper filing. Answering phone calls.
