Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment.
Job responsibilities will include:
Independently handling sourcing right talent on portal, conducting initial round of interviews, and interview coordination till candidate gets selected.
Energetic and candidates who have zeal towards recruitment and earning commission working from home.
Recruiter will earn direct commission on every closure they make.
