Preparing quotations
Preparing Monthly Sales Report, Receivables & Following up due invoices
Support Manager in day-to-day office management and administration including filing and management of office documents – ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company.
Will be in charge of screening and dealing with telephone calls, taking messages, distributing mails.
Accommodating visitors, taking care of Front Office & Updating all documents of the company.
Preparing petty cash bills.
Willing to work in flexible time.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Have administrative related experience.
