JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team by preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents like proposals, structure charts, presentations, reports etc.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
