Urgent Hiring!

We are looking for Customer Care Executives for our gaming operations at our Dubai office.
Candidate will be responsible for engaging and providing a solution to customer inquiries through various social media channels and telephone.

Customer Care Executives responsibilities:

* Strong understanding about online Games and Operations
* Answering calls and WhatsApp messages.
* Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help always.
* Identify and handle customers’ needs to complete satisfaction and build a sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective customers by handling their queries and complaints.
* Providing quality and timely resolution in line within the established guidelines.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English and in Hindi will be a plus.
* Ability to ask relevant questions and diffuse tense situations.
* Strong time management and decision-making skills.
* Adaptability and accountability.
* Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Applications and strong typing skills.

Employment Type:
Full-Time
Working hours will be 9:00 to 17:00 Saturday to Thursday, One day off in a week. Overtime for hours worked will be paid as applicable as per UAE Labour Law

Free accommodation above the office space and food will be provided.

Male Candidates preferred.

Location : Al Awir, Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month.
