RESPONSIBLITIES
Complete understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Ability to produce reports/graphs/charts/tables in Word, Excel and PowerPoint within tight deadlines.
Ability to formulate finance study designs and prepare and conduct professional presentations.
Ability to create and improve processes. Must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic planning.
Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes for the same.
Reconciliation of accounts with bank statement
Preparing payments, budget forecast, Compute and prepare tax returns in UAE & KSA.
Make certain that all tax forms are correct and have been filed to the required authorities on time.
Prepare Cash flow statement, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement & petty cash handling.
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports recording entries.
Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Must have strong communication skills.
Ensuring the security of financial information and taking regular backups.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related industry.
2-3 years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience in (E-commerce)
Knowledge of Word, Excel and comfortable with using technology.
