We are looking for an organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team, with Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai Real Estate Admin role.
Knowledgeable in Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle portal Listings and generating Listings reports.
Coordinate with Developers for marketing material, registrations, renewals, and invoicing.
Sound working knowledge & experience of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop
Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
Good in customer service calls & handling all client enquiries.
Support accounts in transaction closings
Excellent in filing & in Maintaining records
Strong Follow up skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Team player, good at supporting & coordinating all the departments of the company.
