We are looking for male sales supervisor with minimum experience of 5 years. English & Arabic speaking is a MUST.

Duties Includes the following:

– Responsible to assist your Line Manager in the supervision of the Sales Team.
– Meet your targets and those of the team and assist in the smooth running of the section and its team.
– contribute to training and development of the team
– achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.
– Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or particular section of it, as directed
– Assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.
— Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager.
