We are seeking for Inside Marketing In charge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Assist with scheduling interviews
Assist the team with the induction and on-boarding process
Assist with providing analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team
Maintain all files in the drive and enhance our filing system
Research best practice in the recruitment process and introduce changes
Assist the team with other tasks related to people operations.

Candidates should be available in UAE

Visa employment/Cancelled/Tourist and Husband/Father visa.
