We are looking for Secretary / Admin Assistant

Candidates will be responsible for maintaining the administration area.
Conduct all company documentation, filling, and purchasing.
Candidates must have an idea of accounting works and production works.
Must have experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
Prepare invoices/delivery note/quotations/purchase order.
Reply to email, telephone calls or face to face inquiries.
Follow up on pending payments.
Updating and maintaining the employee database. Scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details.
Good command over written and spoken English.
Able to take the initiative in organization and system related activities.
