Provide Standards for products on the line and support start-up procedures to ensure compliance of product to the standards.

Perform in-process inspection on defined frequency to ensure the compliance of products to standards. ? Assess products and identify any issues before transfer to finished product warehouse.
Provide line operators guide to root cause analyses in case of quality failures.
Support corrective and preventive action activities relative to internal quality failures. Oversee the control and disposition of nonconforming material.
Maintain inspection tools and keep calibration certificates.
Monitor cleanliness of the area and ensure compliance to GMP and EHS standards
Maintain good housekeeping and follow standards
Responsible to follow IMS.
Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
