Proficiency to handle freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international clients.

Knowledge in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents

Expertise in handling clients and execution of time-bound & critical sea/air shipments.

Familiarity with customs procedures and port operations.

Bachelors with 1 to 3 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a freight forwarding company.

Ability to handle freight forwarding operations.
