* co-ordination with Project Engineer and obtain approval from consultants.

* Preparation of look ahead schedule and work plan and assign a team of supervisors and job workers to carry out the work.
* Supervise the works at the site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractors’ requirements and MEP coordinator.
* Avoid occurrence of Site Instructions and Non-Conformance reports and close the same if any immediately.
* Monitor the quality of works and installations as per approved quality plan and specifications.
* Monitor and wastage of Material, safe working at site and maintain good housekeeping at workplace.
* Monitor and maintain all Tools, Major equipment and plant machineries employed at site.
* Manage workers distributions and utilization at various sites
* Keep control on all resources, tools, material storage, management of consumables.
* Must have ADDC certificate/License.
