– Knowledge in Swimming Pool Installation, Maintenance, Construction, Estimation and Planning

– Project resources planning and scheduling

– Ensuring project execution within time and budget

– Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

– Ensuring that all material used are as per the specification

– Responsible for testing and commissioning of the projects

– Liaising with clients and their representative

– Managing and monitoring the contract design documents

– Liaising with any parties involved in the project sign and calculation

– Provide guidance , managerial and technical support to the team

– Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied

– Monitoring the allocated budget is properly utilized

– Ensure all the health and safety

– Diploma Holder

– 5 years’ experience

– Candidates must reside in Dubai.
