Supervisor, Cook, waitress and delivery boy required for a small cafeteria in Dubai.

Job includes the following;
Supervisor – AED 2,500
1- manage staff and restaurant on daily basis
2- keep account of inventory and place orders to refill stock
3- manage and record day to day income and expenses and create account sheet
4- handle and deposit cash on a day to day basis
5- manage staff and ensure compliance of all the rules and regulations
6- ensure all health and safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed
7- coordinate with government departments when necessary to ensure compliance and smooth operations of the cafeteria
8- take orders and ensure timely delivery of items
9- market the cafeteria to ensure increased sales and awareness
10- prepare weekly reports to update the management
11-minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in the UAE
Cook – salary AED 1,800
1- prepare all types of sandwiches
2- prepare all types of hot beverages
3- prepare all types of juices
4- inform supervisor of inventory requirements
5- should have experience in cooking food from Asian sub-continent and middle east such as samosa, Arabic sandwiches, tea, coffee, Arabic coffee, juices etc.
6- Cafeteria is located in Deira close to Dubai Municipality head office
7- minimum 2 years experience working for a cafeteria or restaurant.
Waitress – Salary AED 1,000-1,500
1- cater to walk-in clients and ensure high customer service
2- ensure cleanliness of cafeteria and tables
3- take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery
4- report any issues to the manager and resolve customer problems
5- ensure that all health and safety protocols are being implemented
Delivery boy – Salary AED 1,000 – 1,500
1- deliver items to customers
2- market cafeteria to customers while delivering products
3- report any issues to the supervisor
4- ensure timely delivery of the products.
