We are looking for an addition to our main kitchen to handle below responsibilities:

– Responsible for their station from prepping, cleaning and cooking as per recipe standards
– To handle baking and cake decorations
– Assist the Exec. Chef and CDP in information flow in Pastry and other departments
– Follows proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices
– Assist CDP in carrying out inventories
– Documentation of HACCP requirements
– Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef

Requirements:
– With 3 years experience in Pastry and can create beautiful cake decorations
– A team player
– Has basic English conversation and reading skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Can follow assigned schedule and can be flexible as per requirement
– Currently in UAE.
