We are looking for Back office Admin

Asian nationality preferred

• Handling Incoming Calls and other communications.

• Sorts and distributes incoming Mails.

• Arranges meetings for the General Manager

• Managing filing system.

• Recording all information as needed.

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents

• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

• Sending our Invoices and Supplies to the Sites.
