Key responsibilities:

Handle customer queries or complaints
Handle administration of leave, certificate requests,
Communicate customer requests to management
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Responsible for organizing the merchandise on store shelves
Establishing the sales goals for their departments
Has good relationship with offshore industry clients.
Can meet the targets with in the defined time frame and able to work under pressure.

Having a high level of awareness and excellent communication and teamwork.
