Job Summary

HONEST IT Solutions LLC – Ras Al Khaimah is looking for smart and educated IT Engineer for our Ras Al Khaimah office. The candidate should be having experience in server side and network side. The role is responsible for heading the design, configuration, integration & implementation of Enterprise IT Solutions. Should have hands-on experience and deep understanding of the technology and business requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with Customers and Service Providers
Testing and evaluating new technology;
Onsite Visit
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Certifications Required :
MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or CCNP
*B.Tech or Equivalent.
Required Experience : *
Having Experience in Multi-Vendor IT Environments.
Having knowledge in Firewall and router configurations with troubleshooting skills.
Having good experience in Hardware and software, Implementations of both in an IT infrastructure.
*He should be capable of resolving issues independently.
Required Skills :
*Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue.
Good knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
Knowledge in cloud based backup and archive solutions.
Capable of developing standard processes and procedures.
Knowledge of network deployment solutions, PABX, solutions will be added advantage
Proficiency in Windows and Linux deployment mechanisms, such as physical, virtual, and distributed computing.
Possession of excellent oral, written communication and collaboration skills.
Strong Knowledge of SAN Design and Management
In-depth knowledge of highly virtualized HA environment.
*Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

Installation and configuration of printers & MFPs
Installation & configuration of PABX is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2000.00 to AED 2500.00 per month
