Responsibilities:
– Actively manage sales channels, achieve and exceed targets
– Should be able to handle a team of 15 members
– Build a strong pipeline of deals & generate new leads
– Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
– Control expenses and monitor budgets
Qualification:
– Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate is a must. Freehold will be an advantage
– Proven organizational and planning ability
– Driving License is mandate
