The individual must have the following qualities:

1. Exceptional at engaging people
2. Good knowledge of Talent sourcing & recruitment
3. Good knowledge of the use of ATS
4. Possess the ability to network and source appropriately.
Requirements;

Proven experience as HR officer
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
