Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service
Resolving Customer complaints.
Take and serve accurate food and drink orders.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
Offer menu recommendations upon request and Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the Shop.
Follow all relevant health/hygiene guidelines.
