Maintain Accurate Order Points (Max & Min) and Define the Add/Remove from Stock Procedure to ensure availability of the Equipment

Orders placement

Ensure effective and timely communication with suppliers regarding technical aspects, pricing, expected delivery dates, and shipments of the orders of (Stock, Emergency & Warranty) to ensure precision of ordering equipment and optimizing the lead time and cost.
