• Contribute to identify new potential customers
• Approaching customers when the vehicle is already sold and existing customers
• Service contracts not sold together with vehicle or renewal of contracts (R&M, FMS, driver training etc.)
• customers with own workshop to whom there’s a potential to discuss parts supply or take-over of workshop operations
• Focusing on the customer, understanding and transforming their needs in to value adding solutions as well as upholding a positive brand image are furthermore key aspects for the role.
• Keep up to date with product and service portfolio
• Keep up to date with competitors’ product / service portfolios and activities
• Actively participate in campaigns and customer events, fairs etc.
• Cooperate with internal management to achieve business objectives
• Analyze customer list and set target for customers
• Record and update relevant customer information
• Build and maintain long term business relations with selected customers at the right level
• Workshop – Salesperson stay up-to-date with the customers’ operations in the workshop in order to understand the current status before meeting customers
• At least 2-3 years experience in UAE in the same filed
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market
• English oral and written communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Computer knowledge, MS office, Software, ..etc.
