Minimum Requirements

Basic knowledge server, active directory and networking

Eager to learn new technologies

IT / Networking Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction

• Supporting Track and Trace project

• Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly

• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation

• Cabling and Patching cables if needed.

• Document internal procedures

• Assist with on boarding of new users

• Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment

• Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc

• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
