• To manage stock by keeping a record of inventory and ordering the required replacement items.

• Maintain and record in inventory database use of materials in site.
• Making new product purchases as per project requirements.
• Record and maintain in inventory database about the details of items received and items issued to
• concern persons in organization.
• To follow-up overall inventory management.
• To ensure goods keep by first in first out method.
• To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
• Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
• Develop and implement a logistics process.
• Generate Materials Received Report on a timely basis.
• Receive shipments of goods and materials, check against the delivery note specifications and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt.
• Prepare stock in / out activity in store on daily basis and ensure that stock will not run out of stock.
• Request for a purchase requisition to the procurement manager if the stock that are out of stock.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant warehouse experience in UAE.
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication Skills.
