• Ensure back up when absent from reception desk

• Proper Documentation.

• Monitor, Control and order office stationery supplies

• Conference room booking

• Ensure cleanliness at reception.

• Maintain and organize reading material

• Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance

• Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner

• Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles.
