If you have good experience with the preparation and cooking of a variety of Indian dishes, may be you are the one we are looking for.

Key responsibilities of the candidate would be:

Responsible for the preparation and production of Indian food.
Prepare food items/ dishes in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and minimal wastage.
Prepare requisitions for supplies on a daily basis, checking inventories, and the quality of all supplies received.
Safely operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, meat grinders, slicers, etc.
Keep workstation, utensils, and equipment clean; strictly observe ‘clean-as-you-go’ principle.
Assist the Senior Cook or Chef in the development or testing of new dishes.
Follow all company operational kitchen processes and procedures, adhere to and follow all required quality, food safety, and health and safety standards.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must have:

High School/ Secondary Leaving Certificate
2 years of work experience as a cook, with a focus on Indian cuisine
Good English communication skills
