Preparing and sending quotations to customers
Preparation of Perform invoices, Commercial invoices, Coordination & supervision of order’s material and product arrangements, collections or deliveries.
Preparing sales reports and logs
Assisting with administration work

Candidate should be personable and highly motivated with excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to work both independently and collaborated and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to negotiate sales deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Answering any questions and resolving client complaints.
