Good experience in clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office
Must have knowledge in Interior and Décor
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Attending to customers regarding all queries on sales.
Preparing, Modifying, and Submitting Prequalification/Materials Submittals/Specifications for Customers.
Sending of worker’s details for Customers.
Creation of Completion Certificates for Customers.
