Duties and Responsibilities

Handle Call Center
Must have knowledge in taking orders
Must have knowledge with online portals like zomato, talabat, careem, and deliveroo
Must have knowledge in answering telephone and answer inqueries.
Knowledgeable with CRM is a plus.
