Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Focus on consistence sales performance of the supermarket.

Oversee operations of the sales floor

Manage floor attendants to ensure consistent performance
Deliver optimal customer service in a friendly manner

Take regular inventory of products

Gather customer’s feedback to improve the services

Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
