A well established real estate company is looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join immediately.
Candidates’s duties covers all aspects of volume sales, leasing, research, marketing and running a team of administrators across the lead management, accountancy, conveyancing and all back office processes.
– Candidate must have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
– Must possess solid hands-on experience with real estate CRM
– Possesses good knowledge of current rental and real estate trends, remain updated on leasing trends leading to development of new opportunities, strategic alliances thereby creating a competitive advantage in the market.
– Handling daily routines related to Sales and Rental administration. Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and
Adobe Photoshop to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records spread sheet and database.
