We are looking for Customer Service agent who can provide excellent customer support.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

Dealing with help desk of the company and providing customer service support

Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings

Liaising with clients, support team and other staff
Office administration management.

Qualifications
– Must be good in communication skills
– Must be currently based in Dubai,
– Proficient in Microsoft Office,
– Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination.
– Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Fast-Learner
– Adaptability- Maintaining effectiveness when
experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures. Walk in.
