We are looking to recruit a responsible Kitchen Helper / Cleaner to maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the play area and kitchen as to assist the Head Chef in preparation and execution of products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the outlet.

-Assume responsibility for quality of the products that is served.

-Handle multiple orders in a timely manner.

-Follow proper washing, sanitation, hygiene and safety procedures.

-Assemble and disassemble equipment.

-Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store-in-Charge or Supervisor.

-Ensure floor is free from food debris

-Ensure rubbish bins are changed as required and not overflowing

-Ensure takeaway packaging is stocked up

-All chillers and freezers are clean

– Flexible approach towards company is expected.
