We required Call Center agent

Greeting guests as they enter and seating guests at tables

• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers

• Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers

• Keep records of guests who visit the restaurant

• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions and queries

• Collaborate with other restaurant staff and the management to ensure that customer complaints are properly attended to in a timely manner

• Managing restaurant’s online order system, that includes liaising with 3rd party providers and handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email

• Makes sure delivery orders are handled in a timely matter, with a close communication with the delivery drivers, and makes sure all the necessary items are packed correctly

• Communicates with the kitchen staff, and makes sure the order is entered into the POS system correctly

• Communicating efficiently with other staff members to ensure the teams work together seamlessly and efficiently

• Farewell guests and thank them for visiting as they leave.
