JOB DESCRIPTION
Attend concern & complaint of the tenants.
Follow up & coordinate with OA for all related issues to the Tower.
Deal with maintenance issues within the tower.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Prepare correspondence and documents.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Control inventory relevant to reception area.
