Hiring a Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s queries.
Resolve customer complaints.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Upsell products and services.
Process orders, forms and application.
Complete call logs and reports.
