General Manager – Business Efficiency & Risk Management

Req. Exp: Minimum 8 years’ experience as General Manager in Business Management
Educational Req. : Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree

Responsibilities:
• Work with CEO to improve the companies efficiencies
• Carry out risk management
• Place, checks and balances
• Work to remove bottlenecks
• Place accountability and responsibility
• Carry out department audit periodically with minimum of every quarter.
• Develop processes and procedures
• Productivity analysis and enhancement,
• Continuous improvement Trainings.
