Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the major administration for subcontracts from tender phase through close out.
Subcontractors assessment for tender pre-qualification.
Pre-award responsibilities, preparation of tenders documentation, preparation of bidder commercial evaluation, contractual clarifications and subcontract preparation, commercial and contractual reviews and clarifications.
Drafting and presentation of subcontractor commercial and technical bid to Senior Management for award recommendation.
Responsible for full management of subcontract package, participation in weekly subcontractor meetings, drafting and responding to all commercial and contractual correspondence, review negotiation and settlement of all change management items, monthly progress remeasures for approval of payments through to all final take-offs for subcontract close out.
Review, negotiation and close out of all subcontractors claims.
Procure material and equipment within budget in time to progress works on site.
Market research analysis.
Candidate should be available in Qatar and must be Arabic.
