Typed documents and correspondence for managers and all departments.
Preparing petty cash bills.
Managing all departments in office.
Processing purchase order and delivery.
Provide administrative support for HR executives
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Maintain Direct Manager schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Booking and arranging internal and external training and events
Ad-hoc admin as and when required
Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word Skills
Customer service / sales administration support.
