Telesales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

-To proactively carrying out proposing immigration solutions, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs.
-To provide the information of the Company Service to the Walk-ins & clients
-To successfully explain and promote related opportunities for clients.
-Should have excellent candidate assessment skills with an understanding of technical requirements.
-Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
-Planning sales activities according to the targets & requirements.
-Must be energetic and focused and should be from, Sales & Counseling, Telesales background
-Understand their needs and advice on the best option available to them.
-Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the customers’ concerns.
-Calling lead prospects over the phone and fix appointments to meet the client in the office and convert it into sales.
