CONTRACTS MANAGER - HEAD OFFICE - UAE (Job Ref. DUCM)
• Responsible for the company’s contract management systems, ensuring compliance of the clients’ / consultants’ / contractors’ and subcontractors’ requirements.
• Should have thorough knowledge of and work experience in claims management, standard construction contracts, construction processes and procedures, construction law, arbitration, mediation and litigation. Experienced in working with international contracts and exposure to FIDIC conditions.
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical / Mechanical), with minimum 20 years of experience, out of which 5 years in the GCC region.
