KEY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

• Responsible for the smooth operational running of all types of indoor and outdoor parties

• Provide customers with accurate information on our Party Packages.

• Supervise the overall décor and theme of parties.

• Deal with general customer service issues

• Help to develop manpower assignments for different staff members.

• Prepares the events scheduler/ calendar for the year.

• Creates and maintains a database to understand trends and develops new strategies for events and promotion for the events.
