Looking for a skilled Key Account Executives for logistics/Supply Chain, Courier/Freight Industry.
They will be responsible for;
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company.
Resolving key customer issues and complaints
Managing communications between key customers and internal teams
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
Working with Operations, logistics, Sales, Customer service team members to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
