Asian nationality.
Make reminder calls to inactive customers, send follow-up emails, special offers and schedule appointments.
Collect and analyze customer information.
Inform inactive clients about our monthly offers and promotions.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Keep records of customer interactions, record details of customer complaints, feedback, suggestions, comments and inquiries.
Daily check the clients’ feedback, highlight and report complaints.
Escalate unresolved customer requests.
Always check and ensure that Customer Service follow up procedures are completed and meet time standards and regulations.
Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Prepares reports when needed.
Performs other related tasks as required.
